Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (48 states), excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. HOLOMARQ doesn't ship internationally, but our products are partially available on the Amazon store in Europe.
Undeliverable Packages

Cancelled Orders
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@holomarq.com. Make sure to include your order # when requesting an order cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received
Please contact support@holomarq.com with your order #, date of purchase, email address and used for the order along with images/video showing this issue.
Once claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
a) refund to your payment method;
b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
