Refund policy

 

HOLOMARQ strives to exceed the quality our customers expected. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help with a replacement or refund.

Returns for Refund

All returns for refund must be authorized by HOLOMARQ within 30 days of delivery via email support@holomarq.com.

There is no restocking fee for returning an item.

We will refund you for any returned items in the say method you paid for the items. Typical turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days.

Returns for Replacement

We are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective or if you received an incorrect order.

All returns for replacement must be authorized by HOLOMARQ within 30 days of delivery via email.

After the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return Packaging

Any item that is returned to HOLOMARQ must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (Cords, chargers, manuals, etc.). The product must be able to be completely repackaged with the original packaging.

In the return package, include the merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.

Verify all the contents are included in the return package, and seal the package.
